How to Order

Our temporary retail outlet closed after the November Bonfire Night season to keep our operating costs as low as possible which means we can keep the cost supplying fireworks to you at the lowest possible prices. You can still order fireworks from us 365 days a year and either collect your order from our office in Saxmundham or have them delivered to your door (please see the delivery tab for more information on our delivery service).


And while you can order over the phone, the easiest way to place an order is on our website - simply browse our site, take your time finding out about our products and watch our product videos. Once you have finished browsing you can then checkout and choose to either pay in advance with a credit or debit card using Paypal or with cash or card on collection. You do not need to create an account but please note that we can no longer take payment over the phone.


If you wish to pay by card without creating or logging into an account, select "Proceed to Checkout" then "Checkout as a Guest". Then on Step 5 select PayPal as your payment method and select "Proceed to Payment" once all of the other required details have been entered. Finally on the PayPal Checkout select "Check Out as a Guest".


We take online security very seriously which is why we have a GeoTrust Premium SSL certificate (the padlock on https:// pages where sensitive information may be inputted) with 256-bit encryption and additional mobile and tablet support. We are PCI-DSS compliant so you can rest assured that any personal information you input on our site is very secure.


Once you have placed your order we will contact you (usually within 24 hours) to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery (if chosen at checkout) or collection of your order from our office address in Saxmundham. You may wish to enter your preferred dates and times in the comments box during checkout so that we can best accommodate you.



You must also be over the age of 18 to purchase fireworks and if you have paid in advance by card you should bring a copy of your confirmation email with you as proof of purchase. Failure to do so may result in delays to your order. A form of ID may also be requested to verify age and identity.
